Appearance 🍺
Dress: blond color, - or light golden - clear, we can clearly see the bubbles rising very much.

Foam: stable, homogeneous, white, very fine, tight, the bubbles are homogeneous, formation of a carpet of cream on the walls of the glass. The foam reforms when the glass is aerated.
Keywords: golden shine, perfect foam, exceptional foam hold.
Nose 👃
Nose 1: It is said to be a hoppy nose, because we immediately have the expression of fruits, family of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. It is a very pleasant nose, frank, but subtle.
Nose 2: aeration: appearance of notes of cereals, malts, fresh bread, and always fruits, with a development on citrus fruits, lemon, and floral notes.
We can evoke a fruit brioche side.
Emphasize the volatile side of aromatic hops
On the families of hops that provide these fruity notes
Key words for the nose: intensity, diversity, exotic fruits and then fruit brioche.
Mouth 👄
Mouth entry: it is lively, the perception of fine bubbles is immediate.
Sparkle: it is perfect, and brings a foamy sensation in the mouth without excess. They contribute to liveliness and freshness.
Texture: soft, and a little creamy; this is due to the malts, there is a very present substance, with a nice malty base.
The balance of flavors is really interesting, and very rare in non-alcoholic beers.
Not one flavor takes precedence over the others, which is a definite plus. For the drinkability, but also for the quality of the product.
The sweet and the bitter are exactly on the same line in the mouth. The acidulous note that we perceive in the mouth is an asset in the balance, and it is very fine. It also contributes to the sensation of freshness which is one of the key markers of this beer.
The retro-olfaction brings some floral notes.
Aromatics: the citrus fruits of the nose are immediately found in the mouth, as if amplified by the finesse of the sparkle.
End of mouth:
The aromatic persistence is there, on fruits, citrus fruits, mainly, it contributes to the sensation of freshness.
The taste persistence is particularly interesting: the length unfolds on cereals, the taste of grain, with a rustic side.
We have a feeling of dryness which reinforces the desire to take a second one!
Note that once the glass is empty, there are still cereal aromas. There is even a little honey, very sweet caramel.
Keywords: balance, freshness, lightness, length in the mouth. Fruity and floral. With substance.
The advantages of this beer ✨

Suggestions for agreements 🍽️
Aperitif and snacks: green olives, vegetable dips, creamy sauces (type fromage frais with herbs, lemon, etc.), not too spicy guacamole
direct connection between the aromas of the beer and the olives, both soft texture. Anything avocado based will be perfect with this beer!
Salads, vegetables, eggs: raw vegetables, vegetable terrines, vegetable tarts, omelettes. Vegetable tempura.
Seafood: oysters, seafood platter, white fish. Fish & Chips too. Shrimp tempura.
Oysters and seafood in general call for delicate beers, with freshness and lightness. Otherwise, the beer crushes the oyster. Here, on the contrary, the beer envelops the oyster as if to better highlight it. There is also a concordance between oysters and rye malt.
Meats: poultry and white meats
Cheeses: mild cheeses, fresh goats' cheese, a Fontainebleau with an exotic fruit coulis. Also tested with an ultra-creamy mild blue cheese.
Desserts: fruit brioche, citrus chocolate mousse, fruit tarts, carrot cake, donuts.
